CONSULTATIONS & BOOKINGS
At Lighthouse Tattoo, we aim to have specialists in every style of tattooing. Most artists will have one or two preferences of the style they enjoy tattooing, however all of our artists are experienced in several different styles. We welcome both large and small scale work, and offer same day bookings if time allows.
To make a consultation with a specific artist, please complete the enquiry form on our Contact page and specify your availability for a fast turn around of available appointments. Consultations will usually run for 20-30 minutes and are always free of charge. You will have a chance to speak with your artist about your design, placement, size, booking time and to place a deposit to secure a date/s for your tattoo. All bookings require a non-refundable deposit to be paid prior to the confirmation of your appointments, and will contribute to the final cost of your tattoo.

Alternatively, you can email us at email@example.com or firstname.lastname@example.org with images and details of your desired piece, and our team will get back to you ASAP. Please note that all same day bookings will require a small non-refundable deposit to be paid via PayPal to secure your appointment.
For interstate or international clients, a consultation can be carried out via email or Zoom, and a deposit paid digitally.
Please note that we are currently accepting payments in cash only at both of our studios. We ask that you please come to your appointment prepared with payment. Alternatively, we do have ATM’s close-by that you can visit prior to the end of your appointment.
CANCELLATIONS & RESCHEDULING
A minimum of 48 hours notice must be given to either cancel or reschedule your appointment. This can be done either by phoning the appropriate studio during opening hours, or by contacting your artist directly to notify them of the changes. For larger scale work, more notice may be required to change or cancel your appointment, however this will be discussed at your consultation with your artist. In most cases, the 48 hour policy applies.
Unfortunately, if changes to your appointment are made less than 48 hours prior, this is considered a cancellation and your deposit will be forfeited.
